Preparing for your AI Interview

Everything you need to know before your interview. Our AI interviewer is designed to have a natural conversation, just like talking to a real person.

What to expect

Natural conversation

The AI asks questions, listens to your answers, and follows up, just like a real interviewer.

Timed but relaxed

There's a set duration, but no rush. Take your time to think before answering.

Fair assessment

Every candidate gets the same quality of interview. No bias, no bad days.

Video enabled

Your camera will be on. The AI uses visual cues to make the conversation feel natural.

Integrity monitoring

Tab switches, screen changes, and browser focus are tracked to ensure a fair process for all candidates.

How to prepare

1

Research the role

Review the job description and think about how your experience matches. The AI will ask about your background and skills.

2

Prepare your environment

Find a quiet, well-lit space. A clean background helps you look professional. Close unnecessary browser tabs and apps.

3

Think about your stories

Have 2-3 examples ready of projects you're proud of, challenges you've overcome, and results you've achieved. The STAR method works great.

4

Be yourself

The AI adapts to your pace. If you need a moment to think, just say so. There's no penalty for taking your time.

5

Ask questions

The AI can answer questions about the role, the company, and the process. Asking questions shows genuine interest.
