Terms of Service

Boooply provides:

• AI-powered interview agents that conduct candidate interviews autonomously
• Video and audio meeting rooms for human interviews and team meetings
• Real-time transcription and recording
• AI-generated candidate evaluations and analysis
• Integration APIs and SDKs for embedding interviews into your workflow

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Record or transcribe participants without their knowledge or required consent
• Use AI evaluations as the sole basis for employment decisions
• Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

Many jurisdictions require all-party consent for recording conversations. Boooply provides the tools, but compliance with recording consent laws is your responsibility.

• AI evaluations and scores are supplementary tools, not definitive assessments
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of AI output
• Human review is recommended before making employment or business decisions
• AI models may produce errors, biases, or inconsistencies

• The Service operates on a credit-based system
• Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits do not expire while your account is active
• We may change credit pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refund requests for unused credits accepted within 14 days of purchase

• You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the Service
• We do not use your recordings or transcripts to train AI models without explicit opt-in
• You can delete your data at any time through the Service or by contacting us

• The Boooply platform, brand, and technology are owned by Agilyti LLC
• SDKs and APIs are provided under a limited, revocable license
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We are not liable for loss or damage from service interruptions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agilyti LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights (including recording consent laws).

• You may close your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Agilyti LLC is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
